clients since 2000, specialising in process improvement services and
change management with skills transfer to in-house staff. We have an
enviable track record that can be verified by our clients.
We also bring a considerable amount of commercial sector experience
that on occasions can be applicable to the public sector. Our
commercial clients currently include HSBC, Rolls-Royce and

We use a well-proven five-step approach to Business Process
Management (BPM) / Business Process Improvement (BPI) that has been
adopted by our clients and most recently including LB Haringey, LB
Southwark, Gloucester City Council, and Kirklees Metropolitan
Council. In the latter, we initially led their corporate BPR
strategy development and deployment. |

We make change readiness assessments and support managers in change
management. We facilitate the development of their change management
plans and associated communications strategy – current clients
include London Borough of Southwark, Basingstoke and Deane BC and
ThomsonFly. |

We specialise in training in-house BPR
Practitioners, Managers and Change Managers. Our strong facilitation
skills ensure that we engage client staff and gain better buy-in to
change. Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace is one client that has used our
facilitation skills for strategy formulation and senior management
workshops to resolve critical issues. |

We train managers and staff in process costing to run projects using
Roughcut Activity Based Costing (ABC) in support of efficiency
improvements. Clients include National Audit Office, North West
Centre of Excellence, West Midlands LGA, Basingstoke and Deane
District Council, Nottinghamshire County Council, LB Richmond, South
Kesteven DC and RBKC. |

We have developed and implemented Skills Frameworks with associated
change management and communications strategies. Clients include
Norwich Union Life and the National Blood Service, which was the
first to adopt the NHS Leadership and Skills Framework and we worked
with their senior management team to successfully deploy it to 2,500
staff across all disciplines and hierarchy. |
